International Customers


ETL ACTIVE is an Australian brand and therefore all prices on our website are in AUD (Australian Dollars) currency. You will be charged in AUD currency at the time of checkout and it will be up to your bank/financial institute to convert this amount into your local currency based on the relevant exchange rate at that time. When an item is returned for a refund, you will be refunded in AUD currency, therefore you may experience some foreign currency gain or loss based on the conversion rate at the time in which your refund is processed. ETL ACTIVE will not be held liable for any monies lost due to currency conversion. 


To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.


The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. ETL ACTIVE is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.


If you refuse a shipment from ETL ACTIVE you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our warehouse facility. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise before refunding the order total. 


You will have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request via our Online Returns Portal. Returns initiated after the 14th day will not be eligible for a return. Please note that we are unable to supply returns labels for international customers outside of Australia, therefore all return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Please ensure you consider this prior to purchasing your ETL ACTIVE merchandise as you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs. You are responsible in ensuring that the return items are sent back to us using a secure and traceable courier,. ETL ACTIVE will not be held liable for any packages that go missing in transit back to our warehouse. 


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. We strongly recommend choosing DHL Express at checkout as this is the quickest and most reliable tracking service. All our parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home, a pick-up card should be left and your parcel will be waiting for you at your local post office.
