* In the unlikely event you believe you have receive a faulty item, please contact customer care immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery with images of the fault. All stock is throughly checked prior to dispatch so the likelihood of receiving a faulty item is low. When the damaged item is in stock and can be replaced with a new item, we will replace the item for you. You will only be eligible for a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced for you due to insufficient stock.

* Our despatch facility will ensure your package is sent out to you as quickly as possible, however in light of the global impact of COVID-19 and the influx of orders expected during sales, please allow for some delays in delivery by our carriers Australia Post and DHL Express.
